This Sunday 26 May 2013 took place the 34th Water Race, in which it has broken record turnout, with 4.500 corridors and that they have won the athlete and runner Chema Martínez Madrid, with a mark of 0:29:47.
Organized by Sport Club Channel, is one of the most established and oldest races that are run in the capital. The test has a path 10 kilometers and connects two of the largest reservoirs of Canal de Isabel II Management.
The formerly Fun Run 'Circuit of Water' was created to highlight the importance of water in Madrid. Thus, was decided that both the departure and the finish of the race were located in the most emblematic water tanks in the capital: the Plaza de Castilla and the Avenue Philippines.
